Packaging Promise

Collector-first packing

We pack anime goods with collectors in mind. Boxed figures, acrylic goods, badges, plush, blind boxes, and trading items may need different packing methods, so we choose protective materials based on the item type and order size.

Before we ship

When possible, we check that the item matches the order and that obvious shipping concerns are addressed before handoff to the carrier.

If a package arrives damaged

Please keep the outer shipping box, packing material, product packaging, and shipping label. Contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
