Pre-Order Policy

Anime goods often release in waves and manufacturer dates can change. This page sets expectations before checkout.

Release dates can change

Manufacturer release dates are estimates. Delays, partial shipments, allocation changes, and production changes can happen before stock reaches us.

Payment and fulfillment

Preorders reserve incoming stock. If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order may ship together when all items are available unless split shipping is arranged.

Cancellations

Set your cancellation rule here. Many anime goods stores limit preorder cancellation because stock is reserved from suppliers after purchase.

Manufacturer cancellations or allocations

If a supplier cancels or reduces stock for an item, we will contact affected customers with the available options, which may include refund, store credit, or a replacement item.
